I love Dr Patel kindness and care and most of the staff. Except Maria the secretary as well as their rescheduling fee. Maria's tone is usually abrasive and cold. If you want to reschedule for an earlier time the same day. They want to charge you 78 dollars. While I understand that their time is valuable. Is hard to get ahold of the offices and if you don't leave a voicemail on a Sunday they will charge to reschedule 30 min to your app on Tuesday. Ridiculous.

I found this medspa while researching microneedling with exosomes for acne scar treatment. After calling several locations and comparing pricing and staff training, I found that Clarity Medical Spa offers very competitive rates for the level of expertise that Dr. Patel, the head dermatologist, and her staff (registered nurses) have. So far, I have had both microneedling with exosomes and smooth PDO thread placement done here for acne scarring. Dr. Patel takes her work very seriously and is deeply invested in her patients and outcomes. Her approach is more personal and human than transactional, which may not be the right fit for everyone. Patients who prefer a quick, purely cosmetic, or highly scripted medspa experience may find this clinic different from what they’re used to. However, for those who value thoughtful care, technical depth, and a physician who is genuinely engaged, this clinic offers a high level of dedication. ---- Smooth PDO Thread Treatment: For future appointments, I plan to take two tylenols for the pain. I also am planning to place hydrocolloidal patches on the treatment areas for protection and healing. The smooth PDO thread treatment was very involved and performed with a high level of care and precision. I underwent thread placement in my cheeks and neck specifically to address deep, tethered acne scarring, not just skin quality. Dr. Patel placed a large number of smooth threads and carefully worked through areas of significant scar tethering, gently releasing adhesions rather than rushing. There are different types of PDO thread treatments, and this approach had structural scar work, not a superficial or cosmetic-only procedure. Because my scars were very deep, the procedure was more intense, but Dr. Patel was extremely patient and compassionate throughout and never made me feel rushed. She clearly understands both the physical and emotional impact of severe acne scarring. In terms of value, I felt the pricing was more than fair for the amount of time, skill, and material involved. I am seeing Dr. Patel for past 10 yrs for multiple services. I am very satisfied with her knowledge, kindness , humble mannerisms, always willingness to help and go above and beyond to try to help and make things work on most positive ways that possible !! Her staff is very friendly , clinic is very neat and clean every single time that I walk there. They even have healthy snacks for us clients to feed while we wait . I am now referring my brother and his co- workers to be treated by her as I am very satisfied with all her care and compassionate nature . I give them 5 stars review and would keep on coming back .
