AVOID!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! I think they are in the business of just prescribing Adderall and when I did not meet the criteria, they didn't feel a need to treat me. Clear Immediate Rip Off!!! I went out of my way to visit this office. Paid there fees met with a physician's assistant answered a ton of questions. And then they never got back to me. Completely ignored me. Apparently they have no intention of treating me. No follow-up! No diagnosis! No treatment! Nada!! They may be fraudulent! I intend to report them. I don't think they ever intended to help me The owner thanked for a 5 star review! Which is either a bad attempt at sarcasm or they didn't read the review. Another failure!!!

This is our second time seeing Dr. Alyssa Daugherty and she's always a pleasure to deal with. She told me that she would give us a refund and send my mom to the ER since there was no service done. When I got to the front desk, the "office manager" said there would be no refund because a diagnosis & referral order was made to send her to the ER. If that's the case I get it but that's what Dr. Dougherty told us. If I'm not refunded then I will not return. Thank you. Eugene McIntosh

First, some context: I have been a patient here for three years after making Clear Immediate Care my PCP when I relocated to Chicago. My partner has been a patient even longer. We stayed largely out of convenience and because we genuinely like the doctors and PAs. In particular, Dr. Woodward deserves real recognition. She changed my life by advocating for my care. I am objectively better because of her. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this practice has been problematic from the very beginning. Early on, I came in extremely ill and was supposed to be prescribed medication. It was never sent. I followed up multiple times and still did not receive it. At the time, I let it go, assuming it was an isolated mistake. It was not. Over the years, scheduling has consistently been a mess. While Clear Immediate Care is listed on ZocDoc and "book online" is listed directly on their Google listing, you can book by phone but I have found it ineffective. ZocDoc is almost always the only way to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. However, nearly every single appointment I have scheduled through ZocDoc has resulted in a call from Clear asking me to move the time by 15, 30, or 60 minutes. I have always been accommodating, even when it was inconvenient, and I never complained. Then yesterday happened. I had a frightening asthma incident over the weekend (but got it under control) and scheduled a next day appointment to discuss treatment options. Sunday morning, I woke up to a missed call from Clear Immediate Care asking me to confirm an appointment I had deliberately scheduled late the night before. When I called back to confirm and request the video link, I was told my appointment had already been canceled because I did not answer the call. But the catch: the call from Clear was made at 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday. I was told it is their policy to cancel appointments if they are not confirmed by 8 a.m. I pushed back, reasonably, pointing out that I had just made the appointment, was actively following up, and have never missed an appointment in three years. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told the person I was speaking with was the office manager. She repeatedly interrupted me, then accused me of interrupting her. She was dismissive, rude, and openly condescending. When I questioned how an 8 a.m. cancellation policy makes sense, especially on a weekend (but frankly even on a weekday), she told me it was a private practice and they could do whatever they wanted. I asked who the owner was and whether they could call me back. I was told they were not in. I asked if I could email them. She laughed and told me no. This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Even if the 8 a.m. cancellation rule truly exists, it is indefensible. This is a walk in clinic, yet I was told that rescheduling would mean waiting until nearly 7 p.m. I went elsewhere instead and received faster and better care within an hour. Several hours later, the same office manager called and texted me about multiple newly available appointments. This directly contradicted what I had been told earlier and only reinforced how poorly managed this office is. If you are going to use scheduling software like ZocDoc, canceling deliberately scheduled appointments because someone did not answer at 7:30 a.m. Sunday call is negligent care. At a minimum, your availability should be accurate. Nearly every appointment I have ever booked here has been adjusted after the fact, and I never once complained. In hindsight, I should have. The doctors and PAs are not the problem. The problem is administrative incompetence and an office manager who is hostile, unprofessional, and completely unfit to represent a healthcare practice. My partner and I will be finding a new PCP.
