Let me just say, Dr. Spear is unmatched. I was a patient at COVA for about a year, and after more than 20 years in pain management, this office stands out as one of the best I have ever experienced. The level of care, professionalism, and overall patient experience were truly exceptional. It has been a full year since my last visit, and I still felt compelled to come back and leave this review. I got stuck with some nerve damage in my shoulder over the holiday break. It hurt so badly and had me immobile most of my break. I couldn’t get in to PT to start because offices were closed. I called back and Dr.Spear got me in to get injections anyway so I can make it to work on Monday. I truly appreciate the staff and the level of care and service they give to their patients. I see lots of doctors, and it’s really nice to go to one who truly understands patient care.
