I'm just about halfway through what's called a correction, basically everyone's correction is unique. Mine has to do with my neck, it's not the way it should be. That said, MY treatment is uniquely tailored to me. It's not a one size fits all chiropractic practice. It's something totally different.Even at this point I see big changes in my life. For example, the fact that they asked me to take ownership for my own care by doing certain things at home led me to start to exercise again. I don't have anywhere near the pain I used to have. The level of professionalism and genuine care that every single person at Complete Spine Solutions has shown me is almost overwhelming emotionally. They truly believe in what they're doing and are very good at it. They've got seriously great workflow. There's no waiting around or dead time. They have a great system. I recommend them without reservation to anyone and everyone.

The team is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel that they are invested in your health. They are thorough in educating you on what they do and how they can help you. Understanding your spinal health is much more important than you might think and this team helps you understand the necessity of not just chiropractic care, but specifically the care they practice. I’ve been a patient here for over a month now and I’m genuinely so, so happy with my experience here. Everyone at the clinic are so kind, patient and genuinely caring, you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Along with that, I have also noticed significant improvement in my neck and upper back feeling wise, I feel more flexible and energetic overall. Not just those areas, I have noticed improvement in areas where I didn’t even think going to a chiropractor would ever help. It feels insane. I’m still an ongoing patient, and I already feel so much better. I’m grateful I found them and hope more people can come and just check them out.

I went here a couple of years ago with high hopes. This isn’t a review to bash the business just insight. The building is clean and the staff is professional. My gripe is the format in which they obtain you as client. I was given the traditional chiropractic adjustments my first 6 visits. I didn’t know that my insurance only covered the first 6 because I wasn’t informed. I was under the impression that this was just step one of my treatment. After the insurance ran out I was encouraged to bring my spouse for the 2nd phase of treatment which was the treatment I actually needed. I found it strange that they were SUPER insistent on my spouse being there. Like they weren’t trying to take no for an answer. I explained that it wasn’t possible at that time so they scheduled me for the “ presentation” alone. While informative, I quickly learned why they want your spouse present. During the presentation they go through why spine health is important and the benefits of taking care of it. At the end they ask you if you’re “SERIOUS “ about your commitment to healing. After you agree they take you into a private office ( this is where you get the truth). They explain that the decompression treatment will be $5,000. They offer a payment plan of 2 payments or just pay the whole amount. They want your spouse there so you don’t get to say “ let me talk to my partner about it and I’ll get back to you”. If both of you are there, there is less of an opportunity for pause. I didn’t like that. It felt manipulative. Instead of stringing the client along with forced smiles and fake concerns just be upfront. It’s as simple as “the XRAY shows you’ll need decompression , We charge 5k for that “. It’s better than the client getting their hopes up and getting comfortable with the staff and the environment and then being blindsided with an astronomical figure at the end.
