I am incredibly impressed with Gabriela and Liz’s knowledge when it comes to hormones. I cannot say enough amazing things about Cr8 health PGA. I am truly blown away by how much my gut health has improved since working with Liz. From the very beginning, the process was thorough and personalized. We sat down and reviewed comprehensive blood work to check for inflammation and overall health markers. She also had my stool testing sent out for detailed examination and then took the time to carefully review every result with me. I never felt rushed—everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with NAD IV therapy at Cr8 Health in PGA/North Palm Beach. When I first started, I was dealing with significant energy depletion and constant brain fog. I couldn’t stay mentally focused and felt like I was relying on coffee just to function throughout the day. Since beginning my NAD journey  along with the recommended supplements and some dietary changes the difference has been tremendous. My energy is more stable, my mind feels clearer, and I no longer feel dependent on caffeine just to get through the day. The clinic itself is extremely clean, professional, and welcoming.
