I recently visited Cyro Tempe and had an outstanding experience! This facility is truly a one-stop shop for full-body recovery and wellness. They offer a diverse range of therapies, including Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Normatec Compression, Whole Body Red Light Therapy, and Dry Hydromassage, all of which contributed significantly to my recovery routine. From the moment I entered, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and informed about the different services available. Each treatment was effective and left me feeling rejuvenated. The environment is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. I particularly enjoyed the Infrared Sauna, as it provided a relaxing way to detoxify my body. The Normatec Compression was refreshing and helped alleviate muscle soreness after my workouts. Each therapy complemented the others perfectly, making it easy to create a tailored recovery plan. If you are looking to enhance your recovery routine or just want to treat yourself to some self-care, I highly recommend visiting Cyro Tempe. I highly recommend this place. I had been pushing my body on overdrive to the point of constantly feeling sore, restless, aching, sluggish no matter how much rest I got. I knew I needed more than just a massage so I gladly came across this place. After reading about their services and the reviews, i decided to give a try and I was definitely not disappointed at all. If I could give them 10 stars, Kevin was very kind and informative which made me feel like i was in the right place in the right care. I did the compressions which i immediately felt the difference in blood flow. Then I did the cryotherapy which I was also very helpful. I definitely felt the difference from when I came in to when i walked out. I felt much lighter, more awake, energized. The benefits did progressed throughout the day. I finally feel myself again thanks to the care i received. I will definitely be coming here more often :)
