So I came for red light therapy , Idk but I thought the red light would be in a sauna like room I saw online, not the best looking room kinda looks all over the place . trash visible in the trash can ( someone had a bloody nose i’m guessing ?) felt more like a house than an actual business. Staff was nice will I be back probably not.

My daughter and I came in for the first time today with high hopes of relief. We are both extremely busy hair stylists and have daily stiffness and pain. This was only one session and we walked out feeling brand new. They were very thorough with explaining what treatments we needed and why after we told them our issues. Professional and straight to the point. They also offer family plans as you will want to become a regular, I promise! I can't recommend this place enough. Please try them out if you feel tight and you just tolerate it like I did. You won't regret it.

I love Balance Cryo! Their staff is amazing and so friendly! Whatever your needs are they make sure your time during each session counts and you leave there with full satisfaction.
