D3 Pain Management

Dr DuBose was wonderful. I was worried about pain management as just pain drugs. Dr DuBose had a great plan with out drug. I’m 62 and a retired firefighter. I’m experiencing pain in my neck. He had solution. I go to Israel often to teach young firefighters and it requires me to be in top shape to go in to fires with these young hero’s.

I visited this practice as a new patient and was seen by a nurse practitioner. I explained my pain history and requested a refill for a long-standing prescription, but was dismissed without any explanation of next steps or a treatment plan. An injection was recommended, yet something as routine as a prescription refill wasn’t accommodated, nor did anyone take the time to explain their process, expectations, or potential treatment plan to a new patient. When I asked for clarity, I was told the nurse practitioner would follow up, which should have been handled during the visit. No one called, but several hours later, the doctor finally reached out, not to help, but to express frustration over my review in a rude and unprofessional tone. The overall lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

I have been dealing with debilitating back muscle spasms on and off for 2 years. Dr Debose took the time to talk, ask questions and diagnose as well as come up with a treatment plan. His whole staff is awesome but he is one of a kind. He really cares and it shows in every way. I am so thankful that I found him!
