Although Dr. Bruice was the first Dr who listened to my perimenopause symptoms and offered me treatment- that is where my praise ends. He did not wear gloves when taking my initial bloodwork. He did not explain what exactly I was paying for when I paid the initial 1300$ few. He never did follow up blood work. He asked me if I thought we needed to change the dosage of the hormones he had me on- updated bloodwork would have been a much better way to figure that out. I was told the fee for my hormone pellet procedure After it was done (580$!) - when I had been under the impression it was covered in the initial fee. I recently had a surgery that requires me to do daily lower body physical therapy exercises, and when my PT mentioned that there was a possibility of the pellets becoming dislodged due to the required stationary biking and lower body PT he replied to my email telling me it was impossible. Which is (after speaking with other physicians) simply not true. He is a one trick pony who gives the same treatment to most of his patients. Save your money and your time- there are many other hormone doctors who will do the proper tests and not stick you with a one size fits all treatment.

Dr. Bruice has been amazing. Very detailed and helpful guiding me through these difficult times helping me understand the challenges I face as I have aged.
