My wife has been happy with the care, but billing is awful to deal with. She was required to use a credit card for payment before each visit, which she did, has screen shots of the approved transactions for three visits. Then we received a bill for outstanding co payments, that’s when we realized the transactions were never processed through our credit card. I called to let them know about the issue and make the payment, the number given kept going to a voicemail saying all representatives are busy left a couple messages with no call back. Kept calling and finally got through to someone who has a very thick accent and hard to communicate with finally paid my wife’s bill and expressed my concerns with credit card info being taken but not charged with previous appointments. In the past we had a credit card on file which was double charged multiple times for visits, huge headaches dealing with the billing department to straighten it out.

No issues with scheduling, or payment. With a primary care doctor’s referral, I was able to get set up quickly. My psychiatrist takes my concerns seriously and always has multiple options for me to consider on my journey to better understand my mental health.

I had a great intake experience with SeaSea. I felt listened to and understood. She was very professional and explained things in a comprehensive and tailored way. The front desk staff were lovely and the space was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend SeaSea!
