I had a disappointing experience at this facility. I truly wish Dr. Joel Camilo had more availability, as his care has always been excellent. I also hope the clinic can work on improving consistency among the providers. That said, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Amanda, the nurse, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and treated with compassion. Thank you, Amanda!

The experience with the office was below par. I had to go for an appointment for a recurring urgent problem after a hospital stay. Due to the urgency of the situation, I scheduled it with the first doctor available, Dr. Singh, rather than the original doctor, Dr. Rao. I scheduled it over the weekend via their website to try a Mon or Tue urgent appt. Dr. Singh's assistant, Jessica L., called on Monday, visibly upset that I had not scheduled it with Dr. Rao and never allowed me to explain the reason. She also said I could not make appointments over the website (!). Once I explained the situation, she seemed content and hung up. I called later to confirm the time and learned that I had no appointment scheduled. I then tried to schedule an urgent appointment with Dr. Rao, but he was understandably not available the next day. I was told about his P.A. Upon arriving at the office 20 minutes early, we waited a while. We were called to wait for a nurse to enter hospital records that she had no idea existed on a computer for nearly 30 minutes. The P.A. finally arrived after a total 1:30-hour wait in the office. The PA - very polite - did not add anything we did not know and asked for additional tests. Dr. Rao seems nice but unfortunately his office disfunction ends up impacting the entire experience. I don't feel we are getting the best overall service so I will look for another practice.

Front desk lady knows nothing about common decency. Said they call the day before, never happened and didn’t apologize. Said there is a 15 minute grace period”grace” period but don’t call like any other professional doctors office to see if I’ll make it and just cancel it with no communication. 0/10 would recommend this doctors office just based on how the front desk ladies work.
