Patient reviews

From the moment you arrive at Miami Center for Dermatology, you feel genuinely taken care of. Even before walking through the doors, the valet staff is welcoming, professional, and makes the entire experience seamless something that truly sets the tone for what’s to come. The front desk staff is kind, organized, and efficient, and you never feel rushed or dismissed. Every interaction feels intentional and patient-centered. But where this practice truly stands out is in the level of care and diligence from the providers. I initially came in with a severe rash covering my body. I had already seen multiple doctors elsewhere, and no one could give me answers. I was frustrated, uncomfortable, and honestly losing hope. Instead of brushing it off or offering a quick, generic solution, the providers here took the time to really investigate. They asked thoughtful questions, reviewed my history carefully, and didn’t stop at surface-level treatment. Because of their thoroughness and genuine concern, they identified that this wasn’t just a skin issue , it was likely autoimmune-related. They guided me toward seeing a rheumatologist, which ultimately led to the correct diagnosis and proper treatment. That level of care quite literally changed my life. This practice didn’t just treat my symptoms they advocated for my health. On top of their exceptional medical dermatology care, their cosmetic dermatology services are just as outstanding. Whether it’s cosmetic treatments, preventative care, or advanced medical concerns, the team is knowledgeable, honest, and focused on what’s truly best for the patient, not upselling or rushing through appointments. Dr. Longwill and the entire provider team are compassionate, brilliant, and deeply invested in their patients’ outcomes. You can tell this practice is built on integrity, expertise, and heart. They truly care, and that is rare. If you are looking for a dermatology practice that treats you like a human being not a number this is the place. I cannot recommend Miami Center for Dermatology highly enough. They restored not only my skin, but my trust in medical care. Forever grateful.

I’m honestly shocked at how disorganized and misleading this office is. I came in thinking I was finally starting my treatment tomorrow. I did all the forms, waited forever for my last appointment with Dr. Longwill, and was never told that I hadn’t even seen the actual doctor. Turns out the person I met with was just the nurse practitioner, and no one bothered to explain that I would still need a separate appointment with Dr. Longwill for approval. Now I’m being told I can’t start treatment until next year, all because of their complete lack of communication. I wasted my time, did all the paperwork, and sat through long wait times… for absolutely nothing. The whole process feels like a bait-and-switch: you make an appointment with the doctor and they shuffle you to someone else without telling you, then act surprised when you're confused. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and patient communication, I honestly don’t feel confident trusting them with something as serious as this treatment. Extremely disappointing experience. I’m switching offices because this was a total waste of time.

Update 12/24/25: Although I left 2 messages yesterday, Dr. Deborah Longwill chose not to respond to this most serious matter. Perhaps your lack of response speaks to not only your business acumen, but to your character and morality, as well! I went to great lengths to make this medically necessary appointment. I drove nearly an hour to get there. Upon my arrival there was no place to park, and only a dangerously overfilled valet parking. I then called your office and was told there is no alternative for parking. Since this vital, essential detail was not shared with me when I made the appointment, I find this highly unacceptable and I am personally offended! The time of mine you have wasted cannot be compensated for, nor the emotional distress which you caused me today! So much for you upholding the Hippocratic Oath, do no harm! Well, today you have done substantial damage! If you want to come to my house tonight or tomorrow to do the exam, I will make sure you have a place to park.
