I absolutely adore Dr. Drake and her team! I’ve recommended her to a few friends of mine strictly because of how she treats her patients. Every visit I’ve had with her has been quick, easy, and very pleasant. Her professionalism is off the charts and every question or concern I’ve had has been met with excellent answers and calm responses. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Natalie Drake. From the moment I walk into the office, I feel cared for and listened to. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such compassion, expertise, and genuine concern for their patients. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and I always leave feeling confident about my care. I highly recommend Dr. Drake to anyone looking for a physician who truly goes above and beyond.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Drake. I saw her solely to have my IUD removed, as I am trying to support my health in a more holistic and natural way. During the visit, she asked whether I was trying to get pregnant. I clearly stated that I was not. Despite this, I was required to sign legal paperwork stating she would not be liable if I became pregnant, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable given the context. When I explained that I planned to track my cycle naturally to avoid pregnancy, Dr. Drake was dismissive and stated that it “wouldn’t work.” This was surprising and disappointing, as a urogynecologist should understand female reproductive physiology and the evidence-based use of fertility awareness methods. Throughout the entire appointment, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. She repeatedly made comments “wishing me luck on my pregnancy,” despite knowing I had clearly stated I was not trying to conceive. She even stated as I was walking out “good luck to you and your babies!” This felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I did not feel heard, respected, or cared for as a patient. I would not recommend Dr. Drake to anyone seeking compassionate, patient-centered care, especially those pursuing non-hormonal or holistic approaches to their health.
