So I've been having Sacro illiac dysfunction, piriformis dysfunction, shoulder cuff tear, and hip bursitis. This is from a 10 year injury from a car accident that was never treated and got worse (work, higher education, lifting, lots of walking) . Dr Padra knows his stuff. He is extremely professional. He does the assessment exam himself explains the patho and phisology to a T. He will go over Imagaing if you have it. I ended up getting 7 PRP injections (4-3split not on the same day). And then 12 million stem cells (around 3 million) to the 4 major areas of damage the week after PRP. All injections are ultrasound guided. At 3 weeks I can walk again pain is minimal. shoutout to Eric who always was informative and tied to explain everything to me. Also the phlebotomists who were extremely nice and made everything comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a tissue injury. They are legit. It is pricy but worth every penny. You will not regret it. I will definitely be back for more PRP as I progress in PT. He saved me from becoming disabled.

What an incredible experience everybody was super professional. I was a little worried at first because I’m so used to the doctors doing image work and MRIs and Dr. Padra. He literally just did an exam and we found the exact same spot that I got diagnosed, but then there was another spot with my SI joint, which I’ve never been told about which actually caused more pain than my other spot which was my lower back…. So we just did both and it’s been a week and I’m already feeling a difference. I’m hoping three week mark is gonna be the time where I really really start to feel it so thank you again. You guys were awesome. I will definitely be sending people to you and at some point come back when I need it. :)

As an athlete from someone who skateboards on a pro level, this is my go to for health and wellness. Stem cells are the future and leading in regenerative medicine, I've done injections in both knees, and I will testify it ACTUALLY WORKS. The staff is extremely accommodating and nice, the information they provide is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them to all my friends with pain issues or wear and tear issues from overall aging. Before going under the knife give stem cell regenerative medicine a try first, you will have no regrets.

I had both stem cells and PRP done. I have been suffering from lower back pain for over 12 weeks and it wasn't getting better. After trying cortisone shots, physical therapy and chiropractic, I found rescue at Dr. Nourparvar's. He gives you a thorough examination and the stem cell or PRP treatment suggested is for the most comprehensive approach, pursuing the best health benefit. I highly recommend this doctor.

I suffered a hemorrhagic stroke, and I was left with right sided paralysis, unable to walk or move my right arm. I started investigating what else can be done to be able to walk again. I did my research that stem cells can help so I made an appointment with Dr. Padra in June of 2024 who on the first day of my appointment/consultation offered me a lumbar spine injection that would make me walk again. Over the phone prior to the consultation, I inquired as to the Dr.'s prices for his treatment. I was told over the phone that the injections he gives cost $5,000.00. On the day of the consultation, I was told the injection would cost $12,000.00. I had to use two different credit cards to pay as I do not have that much money, but I wanted the injection with the hope that I would walk again. The Dr. promised me that I would be able to walk again. I called and complaint to Dr Padra that it was now past four weeks after the treatment and I do not feel any improvement. Dr Prada advised me that I needed to pay $12,000 again for the treatment to work. It is very dishonest for a medical doctor to deceive patients in this way. I am writing this complaint in order to stop this doctor from taking advantage of other vulnerable patients. This is a scam!
