Dr. Rashel goes beyond the normal medical or even concierge medicine. She digs deep into your health and overall wellness. If there is a question raised by you or lab test, Dr. Rashel works closely with you to address areas of opportunity and develops ongoing plans…including supplements which are mostly non prescription. In my experience it takes a minute to come up to speed with her program and follow the plan. Once in stride together it’s clear she develops results focussed plans that are backed with the truth of ongoing lab test every 3-6 months or as necessary. If there is a need for additional care outside of her practice she refers/directs and remains engaged. I have had solid progress over the past 12 months, we discovered deficits other Dr’s ignore. Overall, I have significantly improved. We have a plan. I sleep better, eat with more focus, I’m stronger in my training and collect unsolicited compliments on my physique.
