The staff is so amazing especially the manager. Dr. A performed my breast reduction 6 months ago and today was my follow up appointment. I received a full body laser hair removal package via Groupon from Arike. It was $600, which is a very good price, but the Groupon listing was a bit misleading. They only laser what they can fit into an hour, and you get a maximum of 6 sessions. It's still a really good deal, so I wasn't too bothered. The actual experience was decent. As a queer person, I got deadnamed/misgendered quite a few times by certain staff members, but I'm also used to that at this point so I just kinda brush it off. I don't think they meant anything by it. Appointments were quick and didn't waste time. As an AMAB person, the laser worked well and was successful in getting rid of some hairs. However, a large portion still remains, but grows back much thinner and softer, which I'm okay with. I have dark body hair (or at least, used to) and very pale skin. It's definitely a significant improvement. The facilities are somewhat nice, but my main issue with the place is that when you're getting the laser treatment, there's no background music or anything. It's just you, the technician, an assistant, and the hum of the machine. It feels really awkward and makes an already painful experience worse. Please just set up some speakers and play some smooth jazz or lofi hiphop to fill that silence and give your clients something else to focus on besides the pain. My real rating is probably a 3.5/5. If I manage to get a coupon for Arike again, I definitely wouldn't mind going there, but Arike could definitely improve by adding some ambient music and making their Groupon listings clearer.

I came in to inquire about their services as I have been interested in laser hair removal but have yet to find anywhere that caters to my skin type, I'm very particular and I have done extensive research on the type of laser that will be required because I don't want poor outcomes, scarring or pain... so it has been a long search because not many carry the higher level lasers that can safely remove hair from darker skin tones. Guess what? They do! I was beyond excited. Not only that but their staff is so friendly and welcoming. I was given a tour and explanation of several other services offered. The facilities are beautiful. The ambiance is soo modern and relaxing, chic. Luxury exudes itself from every turn... every detail is thought out... Le Labo lotion in the bathroom - yes please! The bathroom for one... I feel like I could just sit in there, it's aesthetically pleasing. The artwork as well is pretty awesome. The offer so many services and I was surprised to even find they do the fillers that are spun from your own blood product, so you don't have to worry about using some weird chemical that will cause irritation or dissipate over time, this will be my next choice. I was very pleased with a spa that had so many high grade offering, and really backed by more wholly beneficial and advanced technologies. I'm so ready explore more offerings. My experience here was great! 10 out of 10 recommended!!
