Patient reviews

OUTSTANDING. I broke my wrist and required surgery and a plate in my wrist. Three months after surgery I feel great. The wound has healed great and I am getting full motion and strength back with no issue. Dr. Dunn is exceptional, personable and professional. His staff and the facility are outstanding as well. I always felt that my injury and recovery was their top priority. The office is handled very nicely and the surgery center upstairs is very clean, professional and focused on the patient. I would highly recommend Dr Dunn and this practice……outstanding service and performance!!

I highly recommend Dr. Dunn and his staff. Dr. Dunn did an awesome job with my right hand. It was a work related injury. He did an amazing job! I don't have pain anymore. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and explains everything in detail. Appointments and surgery were in a timely manner, you don't wait forever like in other places. I had a positive experience. Dr. Dunn is the best Orthopedic Surgeon, look no more!

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this office. I was racially profiled by both the doctor and staff. The doctor assumed my race and made a comment stating that “people of my ethnicity are naturally athletic.” When I asked what ethnicity he was referring to, he said Black people. I then had to correct him and explain that I am not Black. At no point was I asked my ethnicity, yet the staff marked me as Black on my paperwork. There is also no option on their forms to state your ethnicity, which led to incorrect information being placed in my medical record. I had to call afterward just to get it corrected. On top of that, the wait time was unreasonable. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:25 AM and did not see the doctor until 11:43 AM. There were only two people in the office, and when I left, the waiting room was still empty. The only acknowledgment I received was a brief apology with no explanation for the delay. Between the racial assumptions, lack of professionalism, and excessive wait time, this was not a good experience. I would not recommend this office.
