I misunderstood the rules but so that it doesnt happen to anybody else, to have a weigh in and SEE a registered nurse l, the cost is $295. Thank you for your response. It sounded very polite and that was much better than the email I received. (I posted it bc maybe you didn't see it) As I stated before it was my misunderstanding. I just had a question for the nurse and that became a problem bc I paid $195 not $295. I didn't need a consultation. Just had a question. Also dont need a prescription you can cancel that as well if there's any left.

I highly appreciate and recommend El Pazo Wellness Associates to everyone who will accept the extreme kindness of all the staff their. Dr. Guerra is the absolute best doctor I have ever met. He actually listens to all your questions and is very responsive and professional. I love being one of his patients.

My daughter is a patient at El Paso wellness associates. She is 17 and this has been life-changing. She has lost 54 pounds in less then 6 months. You will not meet a more caring staff and Doctor. He truly only does this because he cares for the patient and their best interest. We are eternally grateful .

After taking some time to mull over my experience with Dr. Jay Guerra I feel a responsibility to share it with others to prevent this from happening in the future. I came in for a routine checkup and attempted to have a transparent conversation about the very real impacts of my endometriosis, a condition that has affected my health, career, and quality of life. Rather than responding with compassion or medical insight, Dr. Guerra dismissed my concerns, minimized my symptoms, and derailed the conversation with unsolicited spiritual advice and condescending “gratitude” lectures. He even referred to Mayo Clinic data as “just stories”, and admitted that he is “tired of medicine”. Patients deserve a physician who listens, believes science, and treats chronic illness with seriousness and respect, not one who lectures for being honest about pain and “thinking above your diagnosis”. If you’re someone managing a real medical condition and seeking evidence based, compassionate care, this may not be the doctor for you.
