My physical therapist is fine. However, I shouldn't have to call multiple places to look for an appointment. Why is there not a centralized scheduling line? It is also impossible to reach anyone to cancel or change an appointment. No one picks up the phone! The PT system is outside of MyChart, which requires filling out form after form after form after form. I felt like I had stepped back into 1992. Please update your system and your customer service to get with the times. For as much as Emory charges, maybe focus less on buildings and more on the actual infrastructure of modern medicine.

I went to Dr. Spero Karas after injuring my rotator cuff from snowboarding. Dr. Karas was super knowledgeable and was able to help with everything. The facility is great, fast, and I highly recommend this complex and the doctor.

I was a bit nervous going to the facility based on the negative reviews but outside of long wait times, the service by the front desk and the X-ray technician were friendly. The consultation and solution provided by Dr. Mason was amicable and helpful. Overall it was a positive experience.
