I recently completed treatment at Epic Healthcare for neuropathy and balance issues, and overall I had a positive experience. The treatment plan included UV light therapy, chiropractic care, and shock wave therapy. The staff was professional and took the time to explain each step of the process. Over the course of the treatments, I noticed improvement in my balance and a reduction in some of the neuropathy symptoms. The office environment was welcoming, and the team worked hard to make sure appointments ran smoothly. The pain levels were 8 to 9 over the past 2 months I have had great results I have no pain in one knee and a pain level of 1 in the other. I am very pleased with the results. As someone who doesn’t understand much of the muscle and bone structure and when one doesn’t know how to express how the pain feel and losing hope of recovery until we got recommend to epic healthcare. Everyone at this clinic was very helpful and kind towards my mom which made me glad Becuase they were actually hearing her pains and discomfort. We recently started coming here and she has improved a lot from her knees she able to go little walks once in a while and have the ability to bend her knees. There treatment plans and care for each patients it truly amazing and I’m so grateful for them to have helped my mom get through this pain. Truly 10 out of 10 to come here!

Epic Healthcare changed my life. After a thorough review and analysis, they charted a course of action that has enabled me to return to 85% of my past abilities and I am 81 years old. Their HOCATT therapy along with costom intravenous vitamin packs, over a period of time, was amazing. It enabled my body resume its ability to function and sustain me going forward. I still do periodic services. They are an excellent source on everything that keeps you healthy, exercise, diet, etc. They are a caring, loving , dedicated group of professionals that reflect what great healthcare should look like.

After months of pain and chiropractic work, I finally had an mri that revealed 3 compressed discs in my low back. When looking for solutions aside from surgery, I found Epic Healthcare and Physical Medicine. The initial appoint, took roughly 2 hours where I saw multiple different doctors who all took the time to understand my pain. At the next appointment I was given a very detailed treatment plan that clearly explained all that Epic would do to help decrease my pain. I am less than half way through my full treatment plan and feel SO much better already. So far, I have had a great experience. Every session, I am greeted and treated in a timely manner. There has been no wasted time whatsoever. The atmosphere of this clinic and the interaction with all staff members has been professional and top notch. All staff members clearly care about their patients and want to see them get better. I have been very impressed and am confident in the care I am receiving.
