I've been seeing her for hypnotherapy, neurofeedback, and even the rooftop yoga sessions, and I can honestly say it's been a game changer. Nancy has this incredible way of making you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. She's so knowledgeable and explains everything really clearly, so you understand what's happening and why. The hypnotherapy sessions have helped me tackle some long standing issues I thought I'd never get past it's not like what you see in movies, it's more about deep relaxation and focus, and it's surprisingly effective. Then there's the neurofeedback, which has been fantastic for improving my focus and just generally feeling more balanced mentally. And the yoga classes?
