Exceed Hormone Specialists

Three weeks ago I was in the office witg existing patient...at checkout I tried to make appointment for myself since I'm post menopausal. I was told by Jenni I had to get online and request apt - not friendly...leave get online and request is name, number, email and DOB or states call or text. I called when no response and bloodwork was ordered and shows hormone imbalance...again, I call them and Jenni said now I need to get back online and fill out a form which I did...that was three weeks ago. So unprofessional

My wife and I both love Dr Chauhan. The experiences we’ve each had there were wonderful. Dr. Chauhan has been a caring and compassionate female, who listened and helped us to achieve our personal goals. Even when I stopped using pellets, she took the time to send a letter to advise me on how to maintain and welcome me back should I decide to return. After 4 months, I had some complications that required an ob/gyn and I sent a text to ask for a phone conversation with Dr. Chauhan about a plan to either begin HRT again, and how to eventually wean off HRT without causing injury to myself. I sent a text on Sunday requesting a phone conversation, fully expecting a response on Monday. I received no response on Monday, and I called the office on Tuesday in case the number I texted was no longer active. I spoke to Jenni, who advised me that she did receive the text, and that Dr Chauhan was out Monday and out Tuesday morning, and wouldn’t be able to consider my request until Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, I received a text response from Jenni, advising that Dr Chauhan was unwilling to even speak to me so as to not step on another practitioner’s advice. When I advised Jenni that another practitioner had not advised me, and that I decided to resume the prescription that Dr Chauhan herself had prescribed, she was curt and told me that Dr Chauhan was booked through the end of the year and couldn’t promise to get a phone call to me. I am completely gobsmacked at the level of unprofessionalism by a) not even responding to a text or calling to let me know Dr Chauhan was out, and b) not even understanding what I wanted to discuss with the doctor before refusing. I find it hard to believe that Dr Chauhan is even aware, because the doctor that I saw for years would never have responded as such. Clearly, I’ll find another provider as this is a boutique cash business. I thought I had found a healthcare professional who actually cared about patients instead of just increasing numbers. I’m so disappointed.

Dr Chauhan, Dr Pearson, and all If their staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The therapy I have received in their care has improved the quality of my life in many ways. I am grateful for their excellent care for me over the years that I have been a patient.
