Marissa at Excellence Medical Spa is fantastic! She is so warm, professional, and attentive! She truly makes each one of my visits a comfortable and positive experience. I did notice not every interaction from clinic staff felt as welcoming, which is something I hope the clinic can improve on. With service like Marissa’s across the board, this spa could be exceptional.

I had a wonderful experience with Marissa. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The front desk made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Marissa took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and followed all necessary protocols, which added an extra layer of reassurance. Undergoing laser hair removal treatments with Karen and she is amazing! I feel comfortable, she explains what she is doing and always does a great job each visit. From the front desk to the patient’s room, staff are so sweet and welcoming! Highly recommend Excellence Medical Spa!

From the moment I walked in, the ambience was calm, serene, and so inviting exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. Brooke was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and comforting. We had such friendly, easy conversation that made the time fly by, but the real magic was in the results. My skin feels unbelievably soft, hydrated, and it’s absolutely glowing. I’ve never felt so refreshed and radiant. Brooke’s attention to detail and gentle technique were top-notch. You can really tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about her clients. As a first-time Botox girl, I was honestly so nervous walking in but Kelsie made me feel completely at ease! She explained everything step-by-step, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring. The spa itself was clean and beautifully maintained. I left feeling confident and excited about my results. I highly recommend Kelsie to anyone considering Botox or other treatments. I can’t wait to go back and try more!
