Great find in Fresno! Shelby and Lucas are super knowledgeable and helpful. I tried red light therapy for a chronic back pain and the session was very relaxing and comfortable. The facility is very clean! I’ll be back!

I have personal experience with Lucas and Flex Factory. I had a heart attack and I weighed 284 pounds. Lucas talked me into trying a Keto diet, and he coached me every step of the way as I kept losing and he kept tweaking the diet. I now weigh around 192 and have been there for nearly two years. He saved my life, not just because I am his father but because he knew what he was doing, not just in prescribing the diet but by providing regular encouragement, coaching, and diet tweaks. Thank you, Lucas. I will say without reservation that if you do what he asks you to do you can get similar results. He now has me on a weight lifting and cardio program and I feel great!
