FLOAT

This place is better known for their float therapy (which I’ve tried a couple times and enjoyed), but my favorite is the hot + cold therapy. You get your own private room with a cold plunge and sauna, and it’s always clean and well maintained. I always walk out feeling completely revitalized — it’s truly the best for muscle soreness. I’ve been loving incorporating this into my wellness routine. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I love that you can bring a guest for only $20. Great spot to come solo or with a friend. I’ve wanted to gatekeep this but it’s truly a gem. 10/10, highly recommend! 🫡

My first time floating was wonderful! Super helpful staff. The temperature was comfortable and it was such a unique experience. Love having the ability to wind down, relax and do some good for my nervous system to combat all the stress going on in the world at the moment. Highly recommend! I can’t wait for my next one!

I've gone to float Seattle quite a few times. I've been a member for quite a few years now. I've not been able to float consistently over the last few years and it's been a while since I've been floating. My experiences have always been wonderful low-key calming and delightful. My most recent float itself was calming I was a little anxious going in because I haven't floated in so long. That anxiety slowly went away and melted into calmness. It started from when I went in the door to me leaving out the door. This time around I brought a friend and they had such a great experience as well. I felt so welcomed especially with the little gifts waiting for me in my room. It was a nice surprise. Once again they always have everything you need while you're at float Seattle. I like to bring my own towel because I feel like their towels aren't size inclusive. This is no problem for me I enjoy bringing my own towels. But everything else I use that they provide.
