FloMed Infusion Miami

I was referred to FloMed for an iron infusion. My order was sent on a Monday, and I was seen by Thursday! I was so impressed with how quickly everything moved. The communication from day one was excellent. Tatiana called to let me know they received my prescription, but the originally prescribed medication wasn’t covered by my insurance. She coordinated directly with my doctor’s office to obtain a new, covered prescription. Once authorization was approved, they explained my financial responsibility clearly and scheduled my appointment. The office is beautiful, with a stunning view overlooking the bay. The treatment area is immaculate, the chairs are incredibly comfortable, and the music was so calming. Lillie at the front desk was warm and welcoming. My nurse, Mariela, was friendly, informative, and reassuring. She explained the medication and possible side effects, which really put me at ease. She has such a gentle touch, I didn’t even feel the IV! Olivia was also wonderful, offering snacks and drinks and making me laugh during my visit. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would absolutely recommend FloMed. It’s refreshing to have a place outside of a hospital setting that handles everything from start to finish without long wait times.

Excellent experience!!! Mariela is the best nurse, very knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and makes the hours go by fast offering snacks and drinks. The place is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Lily the receptionist is always ready to welcome me to check in always with a smile. I really appreciate all their work and give them a big applause 👏

Service and professional service could not have been better. Beautiful view and great coffee and cookies are always offered. The view of the bay, besides the friendliness of staff makes the experience worth having the treatment🙏🏼
