Today after the phone call I had with the receptionist I have to share my experience. I have waited months for insurance to approve an MRI finally have an appointment and called in to make sure to go over what will be covered from the pain Im experiencing. Most of this pain and discomfort has stayed in my arm so I wanted to make sure that would be scanned in the MRI. The receptionist spoke with the Dr and he stated he is pretty sure its coming from my neck and that the imaging would not cover my arm. I prefer to have it checked since I have already waited so long. She stated since I have not spoke to him recently it would have to wait. I then ask to speak with him then for another consultant because clearly something was missed. She says not possible until I get the MRI. Again I state I dont even want to get one MRI not a fan so I dont understand. Should I reach out to another doctor and she says sure. What kind of customer care is that???
