I have been going here for a few years now. For my laser treatment. And in the beginning things were great. But After sometime I dont know what changes happened but the customer service is the worst. I call multiple times to reschedule an appointment. Can't get in touch with anyone ever and when you miss they charge you a $25 fee but yet no one answers to change appointment. They cancelled in me multiple times without any warning. I tried microbladding and 1 hour before my appointment I get a message it has been cancelled. This happened 3 times. Afterwards I took it as a sign that I wont do it there. Please don't waste your time. Melissa was the last decent person there that did a great job in laser and she is now no longer working there. Go somewhere they actually care about their costumers.

Quality’s Gone, So Am :( Sadly. I’ve been going there for years for Fotona and alterna, and loved it. My last visit was a total disaster. Or a scam. Idk. 🤡They completely skipped step 2 of the Fotona rejuvenation, and tried to conceive me this was normal. I’ve done this treatment like 6 times before, here and in Europe with different technicians and I know exactly what it involves…3 steps. Not 1.5, not 2. 🤨Maybe it’s because it was the last session in my package for which I paid almost a year ago and they didn’t want to perform a “full price service” (still, at $500 per treatment I’d like to get a full treatment, please) or because they’ve downsized recently or going through hard times they wanted to save on services they provide…sad because I liked it back when they provided full service, I drove all the way from south beach and even recommended them to everyone I knew. Never going back. And never recommending it again. Ps. My face didn’t even peel after this joke of a treatment…. 🤡

I went to VIP Laser for a facial and absolutely loved it! They removed a ton of extractions, did a nice face mask, and gave me a relaxing shoulder and neck massage while I had my mask on. The team was extremely nice! Thank you Melissa for the amazing facial 🤍
