Highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez for I-693 exams! The staff, especially the immigration coordinator Isabella, was extremely helpful and responsive. They double-checked every detail on my forms to ensure everything was perfect for USCIS. They made a stressful process feel very easy. Fast turnaround and great communication!

I have to delete my previous review and update a new one: 1. I mentioned that this place filled out the wrong report, which let me received an RFE from USCIS. This place replied that this is because USCIS provided a new form at that time so they have to make updates and this is not their fault. But in fact, the mistake they made on my report is they did not fill in a vaccination record, which the vaccination is required for a long time and this is not a new rule 2. You did not charge any extra fees to fill out a new form for me, how come you didn’t charge extra if you really think it’s not your fault? The doctor even said something like “humans make mistakes” 3. It might be possible that this place mixed up me and the other girl that day since she was also asking for updates on her case. But for my case it was just very simple that you did not fill out the form correctly 4. You get good reviews from most of the people does not mean I was misunderstanding you. This is very simple logic. Yes I got my initial “incorrect” form within a month, but then I got RFE. Filling out the form fast does not mean you are doing good. 5. Stop saying “client is not following and understanding the process” whenever you get complaints. This is not client’s obligation to understand the process of filling out medical exam reports. This is YOUR job. 6. I have emailed a couple times to ask for my scanned report since September last year, I finally got the report today, but it is still the wrong one. 7. Everyone please think carefully before making appointments, there are many other choices nearby Update: it’s funny that if you read through every reply for reviews lower than 2 stars, this place admit their fault to none of them, ridiculous lol, pushing the problem back to clients haha.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Gonzalez’s LIFE*MOD clinic. Isabella, the Immigration Coordinator, was incredibly attentive and handled the entire process seamlessly from beginning to end. The labs are outsourced, which I found to be advantageous, as I was able to schedule appointments immediately and streamline the entire procedure. The location is very convenient for residents of downtown Jersey City, situated inside Base Gym. I highly recommend their services.
