Dr. Sean O'Mara was top notch insightful. He explained results with most patients and answered my questions with a great attitude. Lovely staff. Adriana at front, Sandra took x-rays, Ary went over the plan and Doctor's orders.. Thank you guys!! Fabulous service!!

The care was spectacular!! Elaine and Dr. Kennedy were kind and thoughtful of my pain and discomfort I was in. Receptionist was kind to get me as soon as they can due to my pain. I’m truly grateful for the care and knowledge from Dr Kennedy. Getting a shot is not fun but the technique they did was not painful but because of the inflammation I had was understandable. I’m very happy I’m in Dr Kennedy’s care. Thank you so much everyone from the beginning of the call to then end of checking out.

It was my first time there. I was greeted by a very nice girl in the front. I was taken to the back for an X-ray and met Eyleen. She was very nice and dressed so cool everything matched. I met Dr. Rosado who was equally amazing. Blessed to have her doing my surgery.

I received exceptional care during both my visits at the Northeast location. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Dr. Rosado is very mindful on not making you wait to long to be seen and still provides you the medical attention you deserve. She answers all your questions without making you feel rushed. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The MA, Crystal provided great customer service. Thank you to all the staff.

Really disheartening to leave this review. The office started off so strong with my visits back in 2024. I had to get surgery done on a bunion that was hurting me. We scheduled the appointment. Dr.rosado is in my network but not the hospital; if that wouldve been explained to me by the scheduling department i wouldn't have scheduled the initial surgery. Dr Rosado agreed on this and said I shouldve been informed by them(was not). Now I have a screw sticking out of my foot, and I can’t get it fixed until I see another doctor that can perform a corrective surgery at providence(where i am covered). If you’re having any procedures done outside the clinic, please double-check with scheduling and check yourself to make sure it’s covered by your insurance.!!! I really pray and hope this review doesn't make them treat me bad because I still need to receive information from them when I find a new provider. Update: The solutions provided were "see a new provider or change plans" absolutely correct but erika specifically said i was in network and when i asked to confirm she said i was. I asked her to call again and make sure...thats my issue with everything. Your surgical scheduling team did not do what you said they do. This response was a slap in the face. Thank you for responding.
