Tl;dr - old school office that runs all their own testing/labs, annual gynecology checks, IUDs, and can do all your bladder issues too Medicine like it should be!! This is an old school office and I love it! I have been a patient at this office for 3 years now after getting a second opinion because Colorado Urology wasn't actually helping The Dr. Dunn is amazing! She immediately had a bunch of things she wanted to check- testing, labs, etc to get to the root of the problem instead of just saying you have "IC" She has thought out of the box but also stays up to date with research while pulling from her MANY years of experience, run labs/testing no one else does, TREATED things no one else has. Her staff is phenomenal, she has 2 MAs and 2 front desk ladies that know all the patients, are very hands on with procedures (ex. Bladder instillations, urodynamics, labs). They also know their patients very well. In office she runs all her own testing, has a urinalysis machine, draws labs and sends them and even has meds that they can give right then and there. She believes you regarding pain and doesn't hesitate to treat pain or anxiety. She will provide anxiety/pain relief for IUD replacements also. Sometimes she gets behind but always give the same tone and attention to me. Never makes me come back for another appt to get an exam or labs/testing either.

I got a referral to go here, made an appointment and even asked about insurance coverage over the phone, they told me everything would be fine to complete in person. I get to the appointment and they say im not in network at all and would have to pay fully out of pocket. Good 60 miles of going there and back home, fully wasted my time. They were very kind in person but that was greatly annoying.

Horrible doctor, rude staff, and the wait time was absolutely insane...... Save your time and find a doctor who isn't past their much-needed retirement and will actually listen/address your concerns, rather than trying to make you a candidate for an unnecessary in-office procedures and surgeries.
