First off the building is a maze and then the front desk women was incredibly rude saying my insurance isn’t accepted and it’s Medicaid when ITS NOT she told me they can’t see me, I’ll need to reschedule but I had ALL of the information needed. She was being so incredibly rude, kept calling me sweetheart in a condescending tone. Rolled her eyes and was so passive aggressive.

Avoid Forefront Dermatology at all costs! The doctor is very nice, but billing is a complete scam. I visited once. The secretary was very clear: $175 for first visit, then $150 for *additional* visits. Then 3 weeks later, I get a bill saying the single visit was actually $323? They just sent me this with no explanation at all. Now I have to fight to get it reduced. Such a waste of time. Save yourself the headache, and find a smaller practice elsewhere. EDIT: I contacted forefront and they staight up gaslit me, saying that the price I paid was just a *deposit,* and the full price of a single office visit is actually $321. I confirmed twice before my visit that it would be only $175 (both over the phone and in person), and I actually read every word of the agreements I signed. No where was this mentioned, so I asked them to provide a copy of the supposed document I signed stating this. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing from them.

Dr Berkson (and all the staff) are warm, friendly, professional, and prompt. My appointments with Forefront are always efficient but not rushed. I would readily recommend Forefront to anyone looking for skin-related medical assistence.
