Allison brought me back to life after a sudden change in health 16 months ago. I went to Fort Worth Wellness defeated after seeing four different doctors who could not get to the bottom of why I was routinely hit with bouts of extreme fatigue. I had done several rounds of labs and a sleep study before seeing Allison and all the doctors I visited were stumped as everything was returning normal. I explained to Allison every bit of detail as I had explained to everyone else I had seen. On May 1, 2023, I had boiled shrimp and two cocktails at dinner and woke up the next day with swollen lips and felt like I had consumed a dozen cocktails. At first, I thought it was potentially a shellfish allergy that had developed but tests concluded there was no shellfish allergy. From that day forward I would have “good days” where I would feel about 65% and bad days where I could not get out of bed and could sleep the day away. I constantly felt hungover although I had cut out all alcohol and like I was dragging 50lb weights behind me. Simple tasks I used to enjoy were now extremely difficult and would wear me out. It was weighing on me heavily and I was so frustrated that I could no longer get it into fifth gear…. maybe third on a good day. After a really bad energy crash over the Labor Day Weekend, my cousin suggested that I get checked for a parasite. A lightbulb went off as I had consumed shrimp the night before this all started. Thankfully, I was able to see Allison a few days later and 20 minutes into my visit it was confirmed that it was indeed parasites that were wreaking havoc on me all this time. Allison put me on a handful of supplements to flush them and level a few other things out. I woke up two days later and the best I had in 16 months! It’s now been over a month since my initial visit and I’m so thankful to finally feel like my old self again. I’m extremely grateful for Allison and her team. If you have something that is plaguing you and you can’t get answers, I would be willing to bet that the Fort Worth Wellness team could get to the root cause of the problem. Allison has assisted me for years, from when she worked out of her house to now with several employees. She was the only person who found the root cause of my 5yr chronic cough and solved the issue. Allison is absolutely wonderful. Her servant's heart is evident in all she does. With her medical and nutritional background, she is very competent in a wide range of areas that extremely benefit her clients.
