I’ve been to a few different med spas and they’re usually nice... but Freya’s Lair is honestly my favorite. Everyone there is so chill, kind, and they make the whole experience feel comfortable instead of awkward or rushed. They take their time explaining everything and answering questions, which I really appreciate. I was really nervous getting lip filler for the first time, but Franny made it easy and the results were so gooddd. I thought Botox and lip filler was gonna be a “maybe once” thing 😂 .. Needless to say, I’m definitely a returning customer with zero regrets. **I attached a photo of my lips before/after. Dark blonde photo is my Before. Pink hair photo is my After. 🤍

I got PDO silhouette threads done by Roberta and she really did a phenomenal job! PDO thread-jobs are not regulated even though it is a complex (though minimally invasive) procedure, so it was reassuring to me that Roberta is a skilled clinician and nurse. She also did some supporting Botox for me and that is perfectly done as well. Highly recommend. I look fresh and healthy, and about 6 years (pre kiddo years haha), younger!

I would not suggest this medspa to anyone. I do not trust their advice regarding which procedures are appropriate to rectify various facial imbalances/signs of aging nor the amount of product which is necessary to achieve a successful procedure. For example, full face botox and masseter botox are not the solution to an aging neckline and the sheer volume of filler that was suggested to me was ... definitely a great way for them to make money by pushing large volumes of product, but not a good solution for enhancing a natural bone structure. I hope this review finds the correct inquiring minds and helps them avoid the experience I had.

These ladies are absolutely amazing! They are so knowledgeable, kind, and skilled in the services they offer. I wouldn't trust going anywhere else! They offer monthly specials and memberships that make the cost more manageable. The results from my botox and IPL facials are fantastic and worth every penny! A friend saw me yesterday and even commented on how my skin was glowing. Thank you Olga and Roberta!

This place is a scam. The Russian "Dr" I think her name is Olga. She never recommended botox for my wife and did lip fillers that were supposed to last around 18 months and didn't even last 3 weeks. Got charged almost $1k and then she goes back to her follow up and all of a sudden her lips are too thin and her smile is too stretched for it. This is terrible practice and lack of professionalism. First she goes for the money and then she says she isn't a good candidate for her. They also take a $100 deposit when you set up an appointment. They say the appointment is free and then if you want to back out it's non refundable. I am highly considering reporting her to the BBB and to whoever handles her practitioner license. This is not a professional clinic. This is a scam of an office. Don't recommend this place at all. Replying to owners comment: my wife is not at all satisfied and she has no intention of returning or recommending. She actually agrees that this place is a scam. The owner just got mad that i called her out on her lies. My wife said she pretty much slammed the door on her when she walked out the room. Her lips don't look any different from when the before and after. My wife has seen many videos of these procedures and stated Olga missed many steps. Scam is an understatement when it comes to describing this place
