Galiderm Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery

I came to know this place because I was specifically looking for Salmon PDRN injections for a full face treatment. I did some research and this was the only place I could see around where I live that did actual injections instead of microneedling. I contacted them through Instagram and asked them if they could do a full face injection treatment of salmon PDRN. I've never done any kind of injections to my face before, but I was looking for something to repair my skin barrier where there were very sensitive parts of my skin. It's been around a month since my treatment and my skin feels smooth and amazing. Now for the bad, I'm giving them three stars due to their service. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment time. I checked in filled out the paperwork and told the front desk what I was here for and specifically interested in the salmon PDRN injections. I was moved to a room when my appointment time came up at 4PM. They took some pictures of my face and again asked me what I was interested in wrote everything down on a tablet. I waited almost an hour in the room for I believe Cigderm to come into the room and talk about treatment, they once again asked me what I was looking for which I again mentioned the PDRN injections and the places on my face which were sensitive and dull. This is where they talked about pricing and etc and said I could use fillers and other things but I declined the fillers I just wanted the PDRN injections. I waited an hour just to talk about pricing and treatments which came out to be $1300. I thought she came in with her assistant but I later learned through inferences the girl she was with was I believe training and shadowing her. The actual assistant came in late and this is where an issue arose. The injector performing the service left the room after going over what I wanted. The assistant didn't hear intially what I was in for and asked me again even though the same assistant was the one who went over pricing with me. The assistant asked me if I wanted to numb my face and I asked her if it was painful and she said not really but since I was going to wait awhile I should numb my face. She put numbing cream on the area below my eyes and left. I waited another 25 mins. The injection service finally commenced it was more painful than I imagined. They tried their best to keep me comfortable but Cigderm, who provided the injection service, told me I should have numbed my whole face. I believe the assistant thought I was only getting my under eyes done and that's why she only numbed that area. My face and skin look and feel amazing soft and supple, however I don't think I would be returning here. It seems like they are busy and not very organized. I would have liked if they had let me know who was in the room, if they had communicated that they were running behind. Everything seemed kind of rushed in the end and I didn't end up leaving until 6 past their closing time. They made me make a follow up appointment which I thought I could give them a second chance. However, they called me the week of the follow up to cancel due to them going to some conference or something like that.
