Something my daughter has wanted me to do for quite a while and finally able to! Staff is great with communicating about appointment & information. Tara made me feel at ease and was very thorough with explaining the process. After the Colonic my daughter also treated me to the Infrared Sauna (one person) - that was a first for me too - amazing! There’s a wonderful shower to take afterwards. I’m so grateful I had a wonderful experience and would do it again! I highly recommend Tara and this establishment…you’re made to feel at home as soon as you walk in!

I had an amazing colonic session with Tara! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She’s extremely gentle, knowledgeable, and professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. The space itself was clean, serene, and very holistic.
