Granite Bay Dermatology & Laser Center: Dr. Scott B. Hearth

I had a cyst that was growing on the side of my nose right by my eye and it was getting larger so I decided to get it removed. My insurance wouldn’t cover this so I came to Dr. Hearths office and paid out of pocket. I was really nervous for the procedure and how it would look after it was done. He was amazing. He Helped me significantly after my procedure to make sure the scar was not visible and it’s completely flat. Like I can’t feel any remnants of a scar, which is crazy. I’m really glad I chose this doctor/office to do my work.

I visited on 3/2 and had a great experience! The office is beautiful and very clean. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, and the staff was just as kind and professional. They were a little short-staffed, but the wait was worth it. I had laser treatment on my face and felt I was in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

Went in for an appointment to “establish” my care and was told that it was only a short visit and they could only address some minor skin issues. All good…went ahead and made the “long” appointment three months away. I was called the day of my appt and told the provider was out and would have to reschedule. The only available was another month and a half away on a Friday afternoon at 1630. I took it. Showed up 15 mins early and waited patiently until 1645. The waiting room was empty the entire time I was there. No one ever addressed me or discussed the delay with me. After waiting I confirmed my appt time and informed the receptionist that my time is more valuable than this and left. This place feels like you should consider yourself lucky to allow them to take care of you. It’s very disappointing to be treated with such disrespect and lack of consideration. I would rather let Satan do my skin care than ever go back there.
