This place is awesome! Great equipment, clean place, and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. The cold plunge has helped my injuries by miles and the sauna is perfect for detoxing the body and mind. So many benefits to be had here!

Phoenix Recovery Hub is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever trained and recovered. It’s a hidden gem run by Issa and Margaret Able—two of the kindest, most passionate people you’ll meet. It’s a sweet, small family-owned business, and you can feel the heart they’ve put into it the moment you walk in. Not only is the jujutsu coaching top-tier (Coach Issa is amazing!), but the recovery services take everything to the next level. The ice bath, red light therapy, and sauna have been game changers for my body and mind. It’s the perfect place to train hard and recover smart. I been coming to Phoenix Recovery Hub for a couple of months now, I come here for the Red Light Therapy beds they have and they also offer Cold Plunge and Sauna as well. They have a really friendly staff and very good prices for their services.
