I had an outstanding experience with the team at Guardian Sleep. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—available. It’s rare in California to get a real person on the phone, let alone someone who can actually answer your questions. Guardian Sleep delivered both. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Guardian Sleep! This was my first experience needing a CPAP machine, and they came recommended by my doctor. From the moment I contacted them, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely considerate of my needs as a new user. I want to give a special shout-out to Andy. His experience is truly remarkable – he mentioned he's been in the industry for over ten years, and it shows! He patiently listened to my concerns and expertly guided me to the most suitable mask and the perfect size. Everytime I have called the receptionist name unknown to me has been Awesome and very helpful. Every office visit has been exceptionally phenomenal. Your first representative best to my knowledge was David. My walk in visit today without a appointment I was treated with total professionalism and was helped by Jessica immediately.
