is there some reason the building is always locked down even during service hours? if you have an ID, which supposedly is how you get in, you still have to call a number, get transferred to another number, and get individually badged in, all while standing around in front of the door. can you maybe streamline that for students coming in to get help?

From when i had labs done initially, to just interactions with staff, my experience has been exceptional. I appreciate the hard work all the providers, and staff put into running this office smoothly. Giving the best experience for the patients as possible. HUGE THANKS to the incredible accounting team for their work.

NEW UPDATE 8/23/25: the prescriptions that they pressured me to go on are now being withheld from being refilled because I posted this review and they are aware that I am out of them. Seriously use caution before trusting these providers with your health. Dangerously biased, unprofessional, and inexperienced with any mental or physical ailments that go beyond what an urgent care might treat. Definitely not a primary care physician’s office, would not even recommend for a short-term college student. If they do not know what they’re observing, they will scroll Google/their version of Google in front of you to “diagnose” you, and then when you disagree they will push antipsychotics. Also witnessed numerous HIPPA violations by both the office staff and the medical practitioners at this practice. All of this was observed solely from being a patient from January to August of 2025, which I have also been a patient of medical practices for much longer than 8 months and have not encountered the lack of professionalism and inadequacy to do their jobs that occurs here.
