Do not order online. I ordered a product from their website on 1/24/2025. When it had not shipped as of 1/29, I emailed them that day to inquire about it. No response. I called and left a voicemail on 2/2 and followed up with another email. No response. I got an automated text message after calling their number on 2/3 and replied to that but received no response. I just had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and will have to order the product elsewhere at this point. I’m not even sure this is a real company since nobody answers the phone or responds to messages.

I had an outstanding experience at this medical spa! Kate was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I had the opportunity to use all the equipment for my Jiu-Jitsu competition preparation, and the results were fantastic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch care and expert advice. Five stars!

I ordered a supplement a month ago and it has not shipped. I have not received any information from the company as to when it might ship or any communication at all. I have emailed twice, submitted a contact form request AND reached out on Instagram in the last two weeks, but there has been no response. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel like this is a fraudulent business. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and the BBB.

DO NOT order Supplements or anything online from this company. After multiple attempts to contact them about shipping information for a product I paid for, no response. I have sent them 2 to 3 emails, and their phone number automatically sends you to a voicemail. I am suspicious if this is a fraudulent company. I am now having to dispute charges with my bank and will have to wait even longer to get supplements that I need. Just go somewhere else. This company should be ashamed of themselves as there are very sick and chronically ill people who need their supplements and this company seems like they could care less.

I placed an order for supplements through Healthy Beings but, unfortunately, never received the products. After repeated follow-ups, I did receive a full refund. However, due to the significant delay and lack of communication regarding the delivery, I cannot recommend ordering from this company at this time. I would strongly suggest they reconsider listing items on their website unless they can guarantee prompt and reliable fulfillment.
