Dr. C has absolutely changed my life with her medical diagnosis, guidance and support. Her staff is professional, kind and warm. I have never waited more than a moment or two before being called back for my appointment. Her waiting area is lovely and I always feel welcome at this practice. Dr. Caccopola is truly a remarkable physician. Her level of knowledge and care are beyond all expectations. Dr. C took the time to get to know me and my family history. As a result, she can anticipate any medical issues I might encounter in the future. Led by Dr. Jeanene Caccopola, the team at Heightened Health is well versed in everything necessary to make your visits smooth and pleasant. From scheduling to insurance billing to nurse and phlebotomist services, this group supports Dr. C's practice very well. Dr. C treats each patient as an individual, and rather than just treating symptoms she seeks to provide actual answers, suggest supports, and to share information in an understandable way about the root causes underpinning your health issues. "Heightened Health" is an apt name for this practice, as far as I am concerned, because increasing my health and well-being is exactly what she and her team have provided me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Caccopola gave me my life back. She is the best doctor ever! She listens and runs the tests needed to figure out the problem when other doctors refused. She is open minded and does the research. She does not give up until she figures out the problem. I highly recommend seeing her. Because I am a woman of a certain age other doctors insisted I just had menopause despite my symptoms. Dr. C figured out I had Lyme and a parasite from a tic bite. She treated me and I feel like a new woman! I can't thank her enough.
