I am very upset with the way I have been treated by the nurses and the front desk staff. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not listen at all when I try to explain my concerns, and it feels like they simply do not care. Calling the office is also a huge problem. Most of the time, no one picks up the phone. When someone finally does answer, I am placed on hold for a long time or ignored completely. This is very frustrating and unacceptable, especially for patients who need help or answers. The only positive experience I have had is with Dr. Daniesh. He is amazing, respectful, and actually listens. Unfortunately, the behavior of the nurses and front desk staff makes the overall experience terrible. Something needs to be done about this because patients should not be treated this way.

In particular, Dr. Marjan is an outstanding physician—skilled, experienced, understanding, and incredibly kind. I give Dr. Marjan a full score of 100. I had a wonderful experience at Hillcroft Physicians PA. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient, and the clinic was very clean and organized. Dr. Marjan was especially kind and helpful — she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. I visited Hillcroft physician two days ago with severe pain and was told my prescription would be sent to CVS the same day. It has now been two days and the pharmacy still has not received anything. I’ve been calling back and forth, and nothing has been resolved. I even called the clinic today and the staff told me she would speak to the doctor and call me back —but unfortunately I never received a call. This shows a serious lack of communication and follow-through. When a patient is in pain, delays like this are unacceptable. The management and system here need major improvement. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
