I searched LA for months to find a practitioner that performs neural therapy. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Hirani, a holistic and functional medicine physician in Culver City. I have had 4 neural therapy sessions with her and the changes in me are substantial! I feel like a fog has lifted, I wake up early now and am wide awake, instead of lying in bed until the absolute last minute. I am not a lover of exercise but found the energy to work out in the afternoon which I have never done before! I have way more energy now and my scars have practically disappeared. Dr. Hirani also performs the Frankenhauser injections which is rare and these injections are so necessary for everyone but especially for woman who have had kids or menopause. They reset your body to function the way it’s supposed to. After the injections, I realized that I was somewhat depressed but now I have a positive outlook and a stronger libido. As part of her neural therapy sessions Dr Hirani provides neural chakra therapy which combines ayurvedic tequiniques and meditation. She basically injects all of the chakras and opens them up during meditation. It’s a unique experience that stabilizes your energy and your chakras which affects how your body and mind functions. I feel like a new person and I lost 5 pounds without even changing anything! I highly recommend neural therapy! Dr. Hirani’s office is warm and energizing with any many crystals to stabilize and promote healing. Nurse Toby is amazing, as are the front desk team. I cannot recommend Dr Hirani and her team enough!

We have been seeing Dr.Hirani for almost 2 years and we are happy we find her to help us with our son's ASD. Since coming to Dr. Hirani we saw improvement in his behavior, better sleep and more speech. We did a lot of treatments but we saw improvement with every single one. We are thankful that Dr. Hirani is our doctor and we hope she will help us in our journey to recovery. Office stuff is very nice and nurse Toby is doing amazing job with all the blood drawing and all the IV that we have to do for our treatments. Thank you all for helping us though this journey!!!

Dr Hirani and her staff are the best. You will yet cutting edge treatments here that you won’t get anywhere else. She treated my covid, and I got over it in 7 days, when most people have it for weeks if not months! My dr at UCLA offered to do nothing for me, and then Dr Hirani sweeped in and saved the day. She’s a genius and has helped my mom who had hip problems walk so much better, and just boost her overall health! I would consider her care and regimes life changing. Can’t say enough great things!

When I first came to Dr Hirani’s office I was a little skeptical, and was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I was having sickle cell attacks every few months and was in really bad shape. I was diagnosed with many things and had zero energy to do anything. Dr Hirani put together a new treatment plan for me and immediately I started seeing results. It’s only been a few months since I started going for treatment but I’ve noticed significant improvements in my mood, I’m also more energized, and I haven’t had a single sickle cell crisis or hospitalized. I walk much better now and most of all my pain level went down tremendously. The robust treatment plan she put together for me gave me the hope I needed to wake up everyday and look forward to having a great day. Dr Hirani is definitely a life saver and I would highly recommend visiting her clinic. She’s so passionate about what she does, understanding, patient, kind and most of all cares about the well being of her patients. The staff checks on me after every treatment so see how I’m feeling the next day, and they make sure they’re reachable in case of anything. The office is so clean and cozy, the nurses are so gentle and caring. They truly care about each patient’s success.

Dr Hirani and her staff are a blessing in my family's lives. My son was sickly, not eating, very thin, major food/chemical sensitivities, little to no speech and low muscle tone. After running extensive testing Dr Hirani gave us a medical plan to follow. Within days I witnessed my child gain strength, focus and his overall health improved. He's has been with this clinic for about 5 yrs and I give credit to the doctor and nurse Toby for saving my child's life. He is thriving, talking, running around, healthy and I'm not sure where he would be without this clinic. We are forever grateful for their services.
