HOLISTIC PSYCHIATRY

My experience at this practice was disappointing overall. The provider was okay the appointment itself felt very routine and transactional, not necessarily bad but not particularly thorough or engaging. I didn’t feel much rapport and likely won’t be returning for follow-up care. The larger issue was with the office operations. Communication was inconsistent and slow when I actually needed assistance. They were very quick to repeatedly call regarding copay collection, but when it came time to complete paperwork or provide documentation, the process became extremely difficult. I was quoted a $150 fee just to complete a basic form, which was never mentioned beforehand. I was also told I had to physically come to the office just to obtain my own visit summary instead of having it sent electronically — something most medical offices handle routinely. Overall, the administrative experience felt disorganized and overly focused on fees rather than patient support. Unfortunately, this visit ended up being a waste of time, and I will be seeking care elsewhere.

I've been meeting with Mr. Devin Stein for just about over a year now and my life has been infinitely better! I was prescribed the correct medication on the first attempt and have been on this prescription consistently with no issue. He is very open and honest about options and is outwardly supportive about whatever route is chosen. He LISTENS and responds in a way that truly leads me to believe I've been heard. From several previous experiences with mental health professionals I came into this office with the preconceived idea that I would be let down again, but instead now I believe all it takes is a good psychiatrist - a good human being who will truly advocate for you and be there to support and guide your whole journey. Thank you Holistic Psychiatry and thank you Devin! This man deserves all the raises! :D

After years of struggling with medication management, I finally found NP Victor. He is incredibly knowledgeable about psychopharmacology and worked tirelessly with me to find the right medication and dosage. He stays current on the latest research and was able to explain the science behind my treatment in a way no one else had before. I can honestly say he turned my life around.
