I purchased a package for laser tattoo removal here. It’s painful, but they make sure you are comfortable during and after the procedure. The laser here is strong and effective :)

If I could give them 6 stars I would! I came for tattoo removal and left with good skincare at affordable pricing with intent to book some facials later on down the line. I had picosure technology for laser tattoo removal before from a different place back then and it hurt so much. They have picoway which is so so so much better. And their prices are very affordable, I am HAPPY! That fact that Dr Jennifer Li was very sweet and accommodating made the whole process so smooth and I actually enjoyed when she lasered the collarbone, it felt like getting tattooed lol. Even the receptionist Kelly was very knowledgeable on the services and skincare product. She is 24 but with skin of an 18 year old. Am I coming here from now on?? You bet I am

The clear and brilliant laser treatment I received here was amazing. From start to finish, the experience was great. The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me before the treatment began. During the treatment, I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. A couple days after the treatment my skin looked brighter and smoother. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality skin treatments.

I saw Dr. Li for the Clear & Brilliant laser on my face and chest. We talked about my concerns before hand; I’m 43 years old and wanted to get rid of hyperpigmentation and some fine lines a I had. She numbed me for about 20 minutes and then she started the procedure. I’ve had other laser treatments done in the past, so I wasn’t concerned about any discomfort, however I didn’t have any pain. She was very thorough with my face, going over my areas of concern multiple times, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her. She also pointed out the thin skin I have around my under eyes, which has been a big issue for me, and suggested I try PRP. She took her time on my laser, and was knowledgeable about other treatments that she felt would really help my skin. Overall I had a great experience with her and her office, I was very impressed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean facility, and thorough treatment. I’ll for sure be back next month for my second treatment and to try PRP.

I had wonderful experience at Dr. Jennifer Li's clinic! The place is very clean. Parking is easy!! Dr. Jennifer Li & staff here are very friendly and professional!! I had my botox & Picoway laser with Dr. Li, I am 100% satisfied! Whole process without any pain or discomfort! I got so many compliments of my sun spots trestment!! Only after one time treatment, 80% of my spots are gone. Amazing!!!Dr. Li is the best!! looking forward to continuing treatments! Beauty Can't wait!! Highly recommend👍👍
