Both Dr. Jacobson and Dieguez were extremely rude, unprofessional, and i would never recommend anyone to go see them. Jacobson was not even the Dr. we were seeing and he not only bumped into my wife and didnt apologize or acknowledge her, but as we were leaving the office her cut us off completely with his vehicle during a downpour of rain. Dr. Dieguez was another entitled unprofessional experience. She said the minimum needed and rushed to get us out on a friday afternoon, just to arrive on Monday and have my therapy sessions doubled cause thousands of dollars in payments that the insurance would not cover. Overall terrible people and customer service

I was admitted to Doctors Hospital yesterday and I had the honor of meeting Dr. Richard Levine. Dr. Levine besides having excellent and precise diagnosis also has very outstanding bedside manners. I congratulate this hospital for having such an outstanding specialist.
