Excellent complementary therapies for a wide variety of issues. The Ocean Room has the cold plunge. All rooms have infrared saunas combined with salt therapy for the lungs and skin, and red -light therapy. Relaxing and restorative!

I was in town for the weekend and needed a post snowboarding remedy. Infrared Salt Therapy in Boulder was a treat. Todd the owner offers a great first time deal of half price for use of the infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, and red light therapy treatment. The space is clean and tranquil. Todd was incredibly knowledgeable and went over everything with me beforehand to maximize benefits. Would absolutely go back again!!

Great place for my first red light/sauna/cold plunge. Todd is super friendly and informative. Took the time to share his knowledge. Showed me everything ing the ocean room. The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and the kindness shared. I'll be back for sure

The entire experience was enlightening and relaxing. Along with the infrared sauna there was atomized salt therapy and red light therapy which seems like an unusual treatment but has scientific evidence for skin improvements and had been suggested by our medical doctor. I felt welcomed by the owner and pleased to see beautiful treatment rooms which were private and comfortable. The introductory pricing is fantastic and I intend to come back multiple times because the ongoing pricing is attractive. I feel really good this evening and look forward to sharing this experience with friends and family.
