I honestly can’t say enough good things about Innermost. Over the past six weeks, my experience with them has been beautiful. From the very first consultation, the team made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The environment was calming and professional, and I always felt supported before, during, and after each session. After researching several providers in NYC area (speaking at length with the physician-founders of three of these clinics) I chose Innermost. It was an easy decision based on Dr Paleos' experience and approach to this treatment. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" on the treatment, nor did Dr Paleos make any guarantees or grand claims on the results. Dr Paelos' extensive knowledge, compassion and sincere desire to help people find relief, while grounded in expectations regarding the patient's role in the process, aligned with my beliefs. The care I received during treatment sessions was awesome (Thanks Amanda) and all the Innermost staff I encountered along the way were great. The office/clinic is like an oasis in the midst of the bustling reality of the city below; Relaxed, soothing and super comfortable. Very much recommended!

InnerMost is one of the most calming places you could ever find, located as sort of an oasis in an area bustling with lots of activity. I first visited InnerMost through events they were hosting, and from the beginning the space felt intentional, safe, and welcoming. There was a deep ease and familiarity to being there ~ calm without feeling sterile, and welcoming without being ingenuine. InnerMost does an exceptional job of holding both professionalism and warmth with real integrity. If you’re looking for a place that honors vulnerability, nervous-system safety, and meaningful healing — not just symptom relief — this is a space I’d wholeheartedly recommend. :)
