After some frustration with traditional doctors, who just simply don't have time to get to the root cause of symptoms, I knew it was finally time to seek out a Integrative Physician. After the first meeting and a few tests, she nailed it right away as to what was going on, and we got started on a treatment plan. I followed that plan and went from scared and in pain to confident and no pain. And even more helpful, they actually did take my Tricare insurance, I just had to submit some papers after each visit which was very easy. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to take your health to the next level!

Dr. Malik and her staff have been an answer to my prayers. First, they took my insurance which was so helpful. Second, Dr. Malik listened to my symptoms and concerns in a way no other doctor has ever done before. She listens, asks questions, and treats you like a person, not just another patient who will fill her paycheck. Her bedside manner is so kind and caring, just like her office staff. Making an appointment was easy and using the patient portal to communicate is game changing. Dr. Malik is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is full of knowledge, open minded, and doesn’t give up on her patients. I wouldn’t be where I am without PHW & Dr. Malik. Highly recommend!
